Little Jack's

Branding, visual identity
with Cobble HIll
A distinctive visual identity for a neighborhood tavern with big personality

Drawing inspiration from boxing, horse racing, and a hint of classic American machismo, I developed a logo and visual identity for Charleston's beloved Little Jack's Tavern. Designed to feel full of personality while staying grounded in a sense of familiarity from day one, as if it had always been there.

Typography played a central role in the system, I used the Knockout font family for both its strong visual presence and its conceptual tie to boxing weight classes. By mixing weights and styles, I created a layered, handcrafted feel reminiscent of letterpress printing, helping the identity feel both intentionally designed and naturally worn-in.
