original Logo: gil shuler

The Coastal Conservation League has long been a cornerstone of Charleston’s environmental advocacy scene. Their logo, originally designed by Gil Shuler, was iconic, but as their mission evolved, so did the need for a refreshed brand identity.

Leading the creative effort alongside a team of copywriters and strategists, I helped reimagine their visual identity—introducing an updated logotype, new color palette, and font pairings that reflects the deep connection between the natural environment and the people who call it home.

The final product is a brand that not only honors their legacy but also amplifies the urgency of their call to protect our coast.
