Brand Strategy
Swell Botanics was experiencing rapid growth and needed a refreshed visual identity that could evolve alongside the business. I partnered with founder Courtney Kelly to create a scalable brand system inspired by the emotional core of the business while supporting its expanding needs.
Visual Language
I developed a modular identity system inspired by Courtney’s vision of “swell” as the heart-swelling joy that comes with receiving flowers. A custom pattern of leaf-filled hearts paired with a flexible range of green tones created a visual language that feels expressive, warm, and adaptable. The system was intentionally designed to complement and elevate Swell Botanics’ floral work while maintaining consistency across a blossoming brand presence.
Results
The refreshed identity gave Swell Botanics a cohesive and scalable foundation to support its continued growth. By balancing flexibility with strong visual consistency, the brand is able to expand across new applications while remaining recognizable and connected to the studio’s creative vision.
