Shaping a residential brand experience where every detail makes you feel right at home
The Northern Chapter Company is a collection of luxury apartment communities across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. I partnered with strategists and copywriters to design a parent company website and a modular system that could extend across each individual property, including supporting print materials.
The work focused on creating a cohesive experience that felt consistent across every touchpoint while still honoring the character of each community. Starting with mobile-first user flows and detailed wireframing, I collaborated closely with the internal team to shape a clear and intuitive digital foundation. In Figma, I prototyped interactive elements including video integration, hover states, and navigation patterns, while also simulating the mobile experience to support thoughtful client review.
From there, I worked with their team to execute the brand across all touchpoints—from the website to print collateral and leasing materials—ensuring a consistent and unified experience throughout the resident journey. The system was designed to carry a sense of familiarity and ease, so that every interaction, whether digital or physical, feels cohesive, considered, and like home.
